Gatherly

Plan get-togethers with your friends.

One link holds the whole evening: when, where, who is coming and who brings what. It runs on your own server.

  • Event page One friendly page per event, optionally password protected
  • Date poll Propose a few dates, let everyone vote
  • Guest list Who is coming, with whom, and what they can’t eat
  • Bring list Snacks, drinks and games, tagged and claimable
  • Venue map OpenStreetMap, no API keys
  • Host dashboard What’s settled and what’s still open, with CSV export

Made for friend groups

No accounts for guests
Guests open the link and answer. Nothing to sign up for.
No tracking
No analytics, no third-party scripts, no hosted fonts.
Your server
Self-host it with one Docker command. Your data stays with you.

Host it yourself

Gatherly ships as a Docker image with an SQLite database in a volume. One command starts it:

docker run -d -p 3000:3000 \
  -v gatherly-data:/data \
  -e ORIGIN=http://localhost:3000 \
  ghcr.io/eltonmaster/gatherly:latest
